You get olive oil and vinegar and dip the vegetables. Yummy and crunchy.
After a week of ham and more ham and chunks of cheese, vegetables were remarkably welcome and tasty and just…perfect. And of course, with half a dozen wines from other areas, mostly southern Italy.Great trip.
